Organisation
The Steering Committee will appoint a (General) Chair for the symposium each year. The Chair will form a local organizing committee to run the symposium. In addition, the immediate past symposium chair and the symposium chair-elected (immediate next chair) could act as the deputy chairs to help organizing the symposium. The conveners will be served as the Advisory Board, helping seek, recommend and contact the international speakers. The Symposium Chair will take responsibilities to run the symposium smoothly to achieve the goals of the symposia, including seeking sponsorship to make the symposium financially viable.
Invited Speakers
Each symposium will invite a number of international and national innovative researchers in GP and EML.
Committee Meetings
The Steering Committee will meet 2-3 times per year. The main in-person meeting will be held in the symposium, ideally in the first day of registration before the symposium opening. Another meeting will be organised via Zoom/Teams/Tencent/VooV, including one around December/January to discuss the progress of the next symposium planning, and when necessary a third meeting will be held around May/June to help the organisers finalise the symposium program.
